What makes Slip® silk different from standard silk?
Slipsilk™ is specially-commissioned and made to our exacting standards, developed and refined over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness, and durability. We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk, with a thickness of 22 momme.
How do I care for my silk pillowcase?
To maintain the quality of your silk, we recommend a cool machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand washing using a pH neutral liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and do not tumble dry; instead, air dry in the shade.
Does using a silk pillowcase really help with anti-aging?
Yes, Slipsilk™ fibers are significantly less absorbent than other fibers such as cotton. This helps keep your skin's moisture and expensive face creams where they belong, while reducing friction that can cause sleep creases.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on silk products that have been used or washed.
