At Slip®, we want you to love your silk essentials as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty accessories and opened silk products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused silk products back into their original signature Slip® packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
